Dispatch

 

All Items in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours of order and delivered via Royal Mail this usually takes between 2-3 days however please allow up to 14 days within busy periods. We also offer the option for recorded delivery should you want your item next day. 

 

Where an item is out of stock you will be contacted within 7 working days and offered your choice of a full refund or alternative or a date for delivery, please note some of our items are sourced from the USA and Australia so may take longer but you will be advised of by email or phone.

 

Returns Policy

You have a right to cancel your order within seven days of purchase of within seven days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the EU distance selling directive which came in to force in October 2000 and is part of UK Laws for consumer protection.

 

Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us asap and providing the unwanted goods are received back to us in an unused, unopened and resalable condition within seven days then a refund will be made directly on to your card.

Orders paid for by other means will be refunded by cheque.

 

You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage and return the goods via recorded delivery, registered post or by courier. Proof of postage will not be acceptance of proof of delivery. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and name and address.

We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

 FAULTY GOODS
If any items are dead on arrival. Please notify us straight away and arrange with us to return the goods.
You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage and return the goods via recorded delivery, registered post or by courier. Proof of postage will not be acceptance of proof of delivery. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and name and address.

If we cannot replace the item like for like, we offer a full refund for the goods ( NOT POSTAGE ) or alternatively if possible send the goods back to the manufacturer for repair.  This will be agreed in writing or email before any action is undertaken.

DAMAGED GOODS on arrival
If the consignment is damaged on arriva,l please notify us immediately. Arrangments will be made for return of the goods to us
we will replace the goods if we still have the same item in stock.
